Model Dioramas Military - Waterloo Uncovered is proud to present this unique exhibition which offers the first opportunity to see a new and highly accurate diorama of the Battle of Waterloo.
With the support of the National Army Museum, the Royal United Services Institute and the Royal Hospital Chelsea, Waterloo Uncovered is delighted to present a first look at the new, expansive and highly detailed model of Major-General Waterloo Battlefield James Cowan.

Given the scale of the model (which will be about the size of a tennis court when finished!), the exhibition will only include corners of the battlefield, which includes Hougoumont, La Haye Sainte, Papelotte, Plancenoit and La Belle Alliance.

The model will be on display at the National Army Museum from October 20-23, 2021 alongside some of the archaeological finds from Waterloo uncovered on the battlefield.

Waterloo Uncovered is a charity that uses archeology to help improve the lives of veterans and serving military personnel. Over six years, they brought together a diverse team of world-class archaeologists, university staff, veterans and serving soldiers to create new insights not only into the historic battlefield of Waterloo, but also into the experiences of today's servicemen and women.
The battle of Waterloo took place on June 18, 1815 between Napoleon's French army and a coalition led by the Duke of Wellington and Marshal Blucher. It was the decisive battle of its time. 2 horses cross the Dnieper River as the Red Army soldiers are driven from their ship.
